Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under specific conditions.

Eligible for return:

  • Items that arrive damaged or faulty
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Not eligible:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor imperfections (see handmade disclaimer)
  • Scent preference

Process:

  2. We will assess and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate
